• Spanish Restaurant Group in USA - California |Opportunity to be part of a project with new openings

Spanish Restaurant Group with presence throughout USA (West Coast) and Spain, with an ambitious expansion strategy.

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.


• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent service and food quality.


• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.


• Monitor and control inventory, labor, and other costs to maximize revenue and minimize waste.


• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and accountability.


• Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the restaurant.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes and implement them where appropriate.


• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
