The role of the SMS team is to drive Industrial performance to achieve the sites Strategy and Ambition. SMS team brings a high level of expertise and leadership in SMS methodology, industrial performance, digital solutions, transformation and change management. SMS teams collaborates with all functions in the site, with platform SMS and actively contribute to the Sanofi SMS network



Funtions: SMS Family transformation is a key opportunity to embrace Factory 4.0 on the 3 pillars: culture, performance, operating model leveraging digital and play an active role in bringing our sites to the Factory of the Future.

Support identification of performance & improvement initiatives on the shopfloor with operational team.
Follow execution of perf plan at APU/function level (tracking, coordination, prioritization, challenge, mitigation plan)
Ensure alignment of +QDCI & scorecard with the defined target.
Promote a performance & data driven mindset on the shopflooEnsure an efficient data management process & governance for their department/f

Advanced English.
Bachelors degree in degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacovigilance, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, or International Relations.
You must have completed your degree in September 2024.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
