  • Find and develop new customers based on programmed sales

  • Manage key customer accounts

  • Develop & mentor the admin team to ensure best practices for handling customer accounts and new business development

  • Drive sales growth via existing customer groups & new business development by identifying new opportunities, not limited to the Berry category

  • Collating customer tender information and overseeing the negotiation process

  • Promote company values and ethics

  • Produce weekly & monthly sales reports highlighting business growth and opportunities identified for the future

Requisitos mínimos
  • Proven record of developing new business in Europe

  • Retail contacts for berries in Europe

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills

  • Strong excel spreadsheet capabilities

  • Meticulous and methodical planning skills - strong attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver accurate reports to a high standard and within agreed timelines

  • Strong presentational & negotiation skills

  • Consistent performance under pressure

  • Ability to identify, present and land new business

  • Willing to travel abroad on occasion
